The story behind the image
In 2011 we traveled to Lago di Como in Italy, one of the majestic big lakes near the Italian Alps. We visited most of the villages surrounding the lake, and their timeless beauty baffled us. Small streets, historic buildings, genuine Italian lifestyle – and the lake always near-by! Can it get any better?
Here we stopped in Corenno Plinio, where I could combine all this in a single shot that required very little editing.
Love it.
