The story behind the image
I had an assignment at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, and in the evening our team explored the city center. I was impressed by the busy traffic near Plaça de l’Àngel and tried a long exposure. The result is just so-so (I think) as the lights of the cars where not coming out as bright as I had hoped for.
However, the guy waiting for the pedestrian traffic light to turn green was really patient: he waited the full 10 seconds of the exposure without moving a single bit! The thin green line (probably from a moving bus) is an interesting detail as well.
