The story behind the photo
This iphotos from our family archive shows my mother Inga (14, right) and her sister Editha (15) with the family dog in St.-Peter-Ording in Germany. They are wearing sweaters, so it must have been a windy day and too cold for taking a bath in the North Sea.
I like the pure joy that emerges from the two young ladies. The were true teenagers then, and apparently had a good time.
