The story behind the image
20 years ago, Petra and I did a weekend trip to Helsinki to see some old friends and explore the city in winter. And winter it was! An icy wind was blowing, but at least the sun was shining a couple of times, and the city presented itself in perfect condition.
My photo shows the Helsingin tuomiokirkko, the dome of Helsinki, located at the Senat Square Senaatintori.
