The story behind the image
When on the island of Mallorca in Spain, please consider visiting the South-East and especially the beautiful village called Cala Figuera with its small, protected harbour. It is quite narrow, and you won’t find too many big, shiny yachts here. Rather, you’ll find a fleet of traditional small fisher boats that are still used for fishing. If you are lucky you may even encounter fishermen sitting at the harbour repairing their nets as part of their daily routine, just as they used to do in the past.
I captured this photo from the viewpoint at Carrer Verge del Carme. The sun was already quite low and dipped the scene into nice, super warm colors.
Nice.
