The story behind the image
I love to take my camera during the early morning hours and explore the surroundings before sunrise when only very few people are around. This is pure relaxation for me and enables me to almost merge with the scene.
And so I went to the Pichler landing pier in Seeboden, Austria, to catch the mood around sunrise time.
Much to my surprise there was already a lot of action. A group of waterski enthusiasts prepared their equipment for an early-morning training. There were also several swimmers and two or three SUP’ers. Despite all the acitivity I managed to capture the special mood with the tiny pancake lens, Canon’s EF-M22mm f/2 STM.
