The story behind the image
Desenzano sul Garda is situated in the south-west of Lake Garda in Italy. As it is less close to the Austria border it already has that unique Italian touch to it: small and busy, sunny and friendly.
This location also makes exploring Northern Italy much easier because the E10 highway can be reached quickly, and you can get to Milan, Parma, Verona, Bologna, and even Venice, pretty well by car or by train.
And when you return from your excursion you get the peaceful mood of a busy town at Lake Garda. 🙂
