The story behind the image
The rugged coast of Sardinia offers plenty of photo opportunities. This viewpoint at the south-eastern tip of the island presented me a lonely tree, and – of course – I could not resist taking a photo.
I like the shimmering sunlight that perfectly illuminates the Mediterranean Sea, providing the perfect background for this lonely tree image (plus a lot of copy space.)
