The story behind the image
I had been visiting Munich’s Olympic Park to get a couple of decent shots of the skyline from the Olympic Hill. It turned out to be not clear enough for that shot, but it was already late afternoon, and so I waited for the sunset to take place.
When it began to show, I realized that the position on top of the hill was nice, but not good enough. So I hurried down a few meters to capture the sunset through the transparent roof of the Olympic Stadium. Awesome.
